Notice to impose a 20mph speed limit in the village of Hail Weston

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers, having given public notice in accordance with subsection (2) of that section and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with paragraph 9 of Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act the effect of which will be to impose a 20mph speed limit in the village of Hail Weston.

The draft Order, together with a map showing the road and length of road concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at Reception, Shire Hall, Castle Hill, Cambridge, CB3 0AP or at the office of the undersigned during normal office hours or go to http://bit.ly/cambridgeshiretro
